At the restaurant, guests can enjoy the open-kitchen where our chefs skillfully cook their dishes in fire or steam. Try our Beijing Roasted Duck, the Braised Minced Pork Ball and Crab Meat, the Whole Steamed Market Fish, or the Shanghai Fried Noodles and pair it with one of our selected wines. We also suggest our signature jasmine liqueur-based cocktails —they are delightful!
